What customer services do you provide?

Find a Product
If there is a particular product you would like but you cannot see it on our website, then please contact us via email with the item details and we shall endeavour to locate the item(s) for you. We shall advise you of the estimated delivery time and costing of the product(s) so you can decide whether to proceed with an order.

Gift Service
We also offer a gift service, you just select the items you would like included in the gift basket and we will wrap and send it to you or directly to your chosen recipient. Please email us with the details and we will give you a quote.

Is VAT included in the price?

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT

What if I have chosen the wrong size?

If you have ordered the wrong size then you should immediately return the item by a secure postage method e.g. Recorded Delivery (so you are able to trace your item) and we will send the correct size if in stock, alternatively if the size is out of stock we will give you an estimated delivery date or offer a refund. The returned item must not show any sign of wear or damage. A postage charge will be incurred for the despatch of another item.

How long for delivery?

We aim to despatch your goods within 24 hours of order by Royal Mail, First Class Recorded Delivery or Parcel Force depending on the size of the order. Should the item be out of stock then we will contact you by email or telephone to advise of the estimated delivery date.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally and our postage and packaging rate is standard, First Class Royal Mail or Parcelforce, Airmail Internationally signed for GB £40.00.

What is your returns policy?

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase but should the item be unsuitable or the wrong size or colour, please return as soon as possible using a secure postage method e.g. Recorded Delivery (so you are able to trace your product) and we will either refund you or exchange the item providing it is in an unused and undamaged state. We cannot accept liability for non-receipt of returned items.

What if I do not see the size or colour I want?

If the size or colour you want is not listed then please contact us via email with your requirements and we shall inform you as soon as possible as to whether we can obtain it for you. We shall advise you of the estimated delivery time and the price of the item(s).

Will my personal details be secure?

Your details are not shared with any third parties and the information you provide is only used when shopping on our site. Your personal details including email and phone numbers are only used and needed for shopping and billing purposes. If we need to contact you regarding your order, we will initially try contacting you via your email, alternatively by phone.

For security reasons Pet-Couture does not store sensitive billing details such as your card number or your card security code (CCV2) and the registration, login and checkout processes are protected by 128bit SSL encryption between you and us and by 256bit SSL encryption between us and PayPal.
