PRIVACY POLICY:
We do not share your personal information with any third parties and the information you provide is only used when shopping on our site. Your personal details including e-mail and phone number are only used and needed for shipping and billing purposes. In case we need to get in touch regarding your order, we will first try to contact you via your e-mail or by phone.
Please note that for security reasons Pride and Joy Dog Couture does NOT store sensitive billing details such as your card number or your Card Security Code (CVV2) and the registration, login and checkout processes are protected by 128bit SSL encryption between you and us and by 256bit SSL encryption between us and PayPal.
PAYMENT:
Every payment on our site is processed by PayPal. There are two options:
- Credit or Debit Card (PayPal's gateway for direct credit/debit card payments)
- Paypal Express (Brief redirection to PayPal)
When your order is placed at our website all your Credit or Debit Card details are encrypted and passed to PayPal for verification. You'll never leave our site and all processing will be done seamlessly in the background in seconds.
Should you choose the PayPal Express option (by clicking the PAYPAL button), you will be redirected to PayPal site where you can log in to your existing PayPal account, or If you don't have one it will be created for you as part of the checkout process. This option is slower, but it gives you the option to pay us from your Paypal account using your PayPal funds. You will automaticaly be redirected back to confirm and finish your order.
DELIVERY:
We aim to deliver your item within 5 working days of payment being received. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery within the UK and Royal Mail Airmail, international Signed For outside the UK.
Delivery Charges:
UK orders - 1st Class Recorded Delivery: £4.95
Deliveries outside of the UK - Airmail £36.50 plus £3.50 Royal Mail International Signed For.
If your delivery address is outside of the EU, you may have to pay your countries import duties, these are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay.
If an item is out of stock we aim to dispatch within 14 days but we shall contact you to advise of the delivery time. We shall always deliver within 28 days, if we are unable to fulfil your order within this time we shall contact you and either arrange another delivery time or a full refund will be given.
EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS:
If the product is faulty or incorrect, please return within 7 days of receipt and we shall be happy to replace the item or give a refund providing the product is returned 'as new' and has not been used. Refunds do not include delivery charges and should you require an exchange another delivery charge will be incurred.
