Privacy Policy

Your details are not shared with any third parties and the information you provide is only used when shopping on our site. Your personal details including email and phone numbers are only used and needed for shopping and billing purposes. If we need to contact you regarding your order, we will initially try contacting you via your email, alternatively by phone.

For security reasons Pet-Couture does not store sensitive billing details such as your card number or your card security code (CCV2) and the registration, login and checkout processes are protected by 128bit SSL encryption between you and us and by 256bit SSL encryption between us and PayPal.

Payment

Every payment on our site is processed by PayPal. There are two options:

• Credit or Debit Card (PayPal's gateway for direct credit/debit card payments)
• Paypal Express (Brief redirection to PayPal)

When your order is placed on our website all your Credit/Debit card details are encrypted and passed to PayPal for verification. You will not leave our site and all processing will be done quickly.

Should you choose PayPal Express as an option (by clicking the PayPal button), you will be redirected to the PayPal site where you can either log into your existing PayPal account, or if you do not have one it will be created for you as part of the checkout process. You will then be automatically be redirected back to confirm and finish your order.

Delivery Charges

• UK orders - 1st Class Recorded Delivery: £2.95
• Deliveries outside of the UK - First Class Royal Mail or Parcelforce Airmail Internationally signed for £40.00

If your delivery address is outside of the E.U. you may incur that country’s import duties, these are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay.

If an item is out of stock we aim to despatch within 14 days but we shall contact you to advise of the estimated delivery time.

Exchange and Refunds

If the item is faulty or incorrect then it should be returned as soon as possible by a secure postage method (e.g. Recorded Delivery so you are able to trace your item) and on safe receipt we shall either exchange the item or issue a refund on the proviso that the product has not been used or worn. Exchange items will incur a postal charge. We cannot accept liability for non-receipt of returned goods.
